Solstice Seaweed Foraging

Discover how to identify and forage Seaweed sustainably and safely. I will introduce you to a handful of local drift-weed available you can pick, preserve and eat. Workshop lasts 1.5 hours and will start and finish by Viking Bay.

Buck Moon Coastal Foraging 21/07/24

Discover, explore and identify our local coastal plants and tidal marine species as source of food first thing in the morning when with the air is crisp, morning dew are still visible and plenty of fresh drift-weed in our shoreline. We will meet at Viking Bay on a bright full moon of July. Getting to know the importance of tides when foraging for seaweed and safety guidelines.

Yoga Workshop (Āsana, Prānāyāma + Ujjayi Breath)

A two hour Saturday morning with a session that blends an invigorating ‘asana’ physical yoga postures sequence, we will be going through simple breathing exercises and few dynamic breathing techniques and other soothing breathworks. All of these method helps you in deepening your yoga practice.

Meditation, Kriyas & Kirtan

an evening of breathing exercises and or breathwork followed by yogic cleansing practices, active meditation and creating community through singing, chanting mantras or poetry or making music together at the beginning of the lunar cycle. We are gathering to feel connected amongst each other, set individual goals and balance both our masculine & feminine energy within us.
